Arts
The Arts team meet approximately every three months to discuss any County or Region initiatives, evaluate recent Arts events, discuss any immediate business, and plan for future events.
The team consists of the leading Arts Adviser, Julie Jones and Arts Advisers from each of the 4 Divisions.
The Division Arts Advisers can be approached for help in planning Arts activities within Units, Districts and Divisions
The County Advisers can be approached by Districts and Divisions but are also responsible for organising larger County Events.
The next event will be 'Watch this Space' in March 2009 especially for Guides.
Ugly Bugs Ball at Brownie Arts Day 2008.
The Arts team organise an Arts weekend every 2 years for girls of Secondary School age. This is open to all eligible girls in the County and approximately 20 girls will be selected to take part. The weekend takes the form of a Performing Arts workshop with a final performance in front of parents on the Sunday afternoon.
