With nearly 220 units across the county, there are plenty of opportunities to be involved.
It’s not just for the girls! There’s lots of fun and friendship awaiting adults who volunteer with Girlguiding Cheshire Border! You can help the women of tomorrow by volunteering today!
There are lots of ways to volunteer and support guiding:
- As an extra Unit Helper – would mean more girls could join guiding
- As a new Leader or Assistant Leader – you would be given ‘on the job’ training and support to gain a Girlguiding UK Leadership Qualification.
- You may have specialist skills that you could share with girls, young women or adults
- You might want to gain a skill by taking on new challenges.
- However you choose to help you will make an important contribution to the lives of girls and young women. You will also gain valuable skills and experience that will be useful in all aspects of your life.
